ORDERING & SHIPPING
Order Processing
Orders process in 1-2 business days and will be shipped by the shipping service selected during checkout. Please visit usps.com or ups.com for estimates of exact transit times from our zip code, 28032 to your destination. If your order is urgent and must arrive by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order at (704) 868-8269.
Shipping
Once your package has shipped, Libby Lou's will contact you with the appropriate tracking information for your order.
For shipments within the USA:
- USPS First Class Mail usually arrives in 2-14 business days and is not guaranteed.
- USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed, it includes $50 in insurance.
- USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail usually delivers in 1 business day except for AK, HI or rural areas and is guaranteed. Please check here for service commitments. We may require 1-2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping, please contact us before ordering if your order is time-sensitive.
- UPS Ground usually arrives in 1-5 business days and is guaranteed except during the holiday season. It includes $100 in insurance.
- UPS Next Day Air arrives in 1 business day and is guaranteed except during the holiday season. It includes $100 in insurance. We may require 1-2 business days for order processing in addition to shipping, please contact us before ordering if your order is time-sensitive.

For International shipments:
Mail is shipped by the US Postal Service and will transfer to your government mail service upon entry into your country. Packages may incur customs or duty fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local government authority for more information about imports.
- USPS First Class International Mail usually arrives within 2-3 weeks but is not guaranteed. Certain countries do not offer tracking service for First Class Mail.
- USPS Priority International Mail usually arrives within 2 weeks but is not guaranteed and may be slowed down by customs clearance upon import.
Local Pickup
Libby Lou's also offers local pickup for all online orders from our brick and mortar shop at 225B Market Street in Cramerton, NC. For any order placed with the local pickup option, you will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup, usually within 24 hours. Please check here for our current pick up hours.
Time Sensitive Orders
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping service, packages can be delayed for any number of reasons and even though certain services are guaranteed, that does not mean it will arrive on time, it only means that if it doesn't, we can submit for a refund on the shipping charge. If your order is time sensitive we HIGHLY recommend contacting us before placing your order or immediately after and let us know that you are in a hurry!
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please follow the online tracking information for your order carefully. If your package does not arrive when it is estimated to be delivered, please contact us for further assistance. Libby Lou's is not responsible for an incorrect shipping address that is provided to us. If the package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
We take great care when packaging your order for shipment, but from time to time, Mother Nature strikes, or your package may fall into a black hole. Please contact us as soon as possible, but within 30 days with information about the damage (please include photos if possible) and you order number.
Returns and Exchanges
Libby Lou's happily accepts returns within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. If any merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original condition, original packaging, and must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Some items are not returnable such as clearance items, perishable items, and food. Libby Lou's will not accept returns for goods that have been altered, mistreated or mishandled.
